These are double ended Flip Flop Purse Charm Tassels.
Intended to be tied onto a bag handle or looped through your bag hardware.
They measure approximately 2” x 1” x 16" total length and can be easily shortened if desired by pulling on the knot and reknotting then cutting off the excess strip.
This is real leather so imperfections, marks, spots, etc are to be expected.
