These are double ended Scalloped three layer Flower Purse Charm Tassels.
Intended to be tied onto a bag handle or looped through your bag hardware.
They measure approximately 13" total length and can be easily shortened if desired by pulling on the knot and reknotting then cutting off the excess strip.
This is real leather so imperfections, marks, spots, etc are to be expected.
